1. Start The Goathland Hotel
The Goathland Hotel (Aidensfield Arms) can be found at the between the main car parks and the North Yorkshire Moors Railway.
On the right hand side of the building, you will see a public right of way. This is part of the original George Stephenson route and is a straight track through to Moorgate.

2. Sadler House
After passing by the camp site you will eventually come to a gate with Sadler House on your left hand side.
Also on the left hand side you will notice that you are getting closer to the North Yorkshire Moors Railway.

3. Turn Left at the White Gate.
You will eventually arrive at Moorgate and here we go through the large white farmers gate and we turn left downhill.

4. Cattle Arch and Bridges

In quick succession, you will cross over a beck in the form of a stone bridge.

Keep following the track to the farm taking in the spectacular views across the moors. At the farm, follow the way markers around the right hand side of the farm.
